Project BNB on York – 2 Bedroom CBD East Stay with Free Parking

Positive: Location was great Good for a short stay and having 2 bedrooms was good for a family. Very handy to have a parking spot. Decent TV and good to have cutlery, washing machine, iron and dishwasher Nelson (the host respondent) was very helpful and also willing to provide us with a second set of keys which we needed. Negative: I had to follow up to get the code for the lock box but the hosts responded to me promptly. The room itself is quite stuffy - we needed the cooling and the fan on at night even though the max outside temperature was only 18 degrees. The beds were ok but not super comfortable.

Positive: Location and it didn't feel like a motel

Comfortable 2 bed apartment Positive: Well organised and efficient way to get keys and gain access. Comfy beds, quite roomy, well stocked with kitchen utensils etc... Negative: Shower needs a good clean. Kitchen benches peeling and a bit tired Unlucky we stayed during the Fringe festival.with all the noise of downstairs street party both nights until late.
