Positive: Location Negative: Dirty. Smelled of cigarettes. Musty.

Disgusting! Positive: It's location. Negative: The whole 2 br apartment was filthy. The grout in the bathroom tiles, in the shower and the floor are mouldy and stained. A hole burnt in the curtains, sofa stained/filthy, table dirty, mirrors dirty, tea towel crumpled and clearly not a fresh one. The most upsetting thing was one bed had only a bottom sheet and that had not been changed. You could see the imprint of the last person who had slept on it. The other bed had no sheets at all. We had to go and buy sheet sets to put on the beds. No bath mat. Towel hanging on rail in bathroom looked used. No body wash - the container was missing. The owner should be absolutely ashamed and embarrassed to have this property on the market, let alone charge for it. Toilet was stained, floor in bathroom had hair on it. Mattress worn out in 1 bedroom, crappy cheap furniture, we found a bag of take away food rubbish behind the curtains, which had been there for more than a week. 1 fork in the cutlery drawer, other drawers and cupboards a mess, with things just thrown in. Only 2 coffee pods and no uht milk. In other words, coffee and tea making facilities might as well not have been there. I had to call to get the code for the key to get in, which is situated in a laundromat downstairs, as the owner forgot to email instructions. I would never stay there again and would not recommend it.

Disapponting, poorly kept apartment Positive: Good location, easy checkin and out Negative: Furniture shoddy, couch cover faulty, curtains worn, no soap etc in shower, No pillow slips for spare pillows, broken glasses and cup, duvets sub-standard

Negative: sheets needed on both beds. maybe wineglasses

Had a great time in adelaide- apartment was in walking distance for Positive: Location was perfect Negative: Bathroom could have been cleaned better The towel was like sandpaper But on our return visit they were better
